Each POLARSPA hot tub is the serious work of a large team of professionals. Designers are responsible for the aesthetic appearance of the bathtubs. Engineers thoroughly calculate every centimeter of the structure to ensure it is reliable and durable.
The production of composite liners and the assembly of hot tubs is carried out by our trained specialists. Our brand produces furnaces for quickly heating water – each of them is made of high-quality stainless steel. Like hot tubs, stoves are an exclusive product of TM POLARSPA and have no analogues on the market.
We also have our own well-equipped sewing workshop, which produces thermal covers and protective awnings for swimming pools.
Our production is located in this beautiful town on the west coast of Turkey. It is equidistant from Izmir to the south, Istanbul to the north and the border with the European Union to the west. Our choice is not accidental. Canakalle is one of the most interesting cities in Turkey – it combines the beauty of the Aegean Sea and mountain ranges… A large number of cedar and pine forests, as well as mineral springs, create unique conditions for taking care of your health. This unique natural combination is similar to those we observed in our time in Japan. We often go to the mountains and spend time in Turkish onsens.
We prepare a composite liner, metal frame, stove, thermal wood, nozzles and other components from which our professionals will assemble the ideal spa tub; Next, we assemble the metal frame - the basis of our future font. After installing the frame, a stove with a body made of high-quality stainless steel is installed.
We cover the frame with thermowood. In the production of spa baths, we use environmentally friendly thermal pine and thermal ash. All wood is processed only with steam, without the use of any chemicals or impregnations.
We insert a composite liner into the metal frame covered with wood; Water will be supplied to the font bowl using stainless steel nozzles. At the client's request, we install aeromassage and chromotherapy systems. Both systems are controlled using a remote control on the panel.
We check that the nozzles and all functions of the hot tub are connected and work flawlessly. We pay great attention to the aesthetic appearance of the font, so communications are hidden inside and are not noticeable to others. They can be accessed through a special hidden door.
